Scenes from an Open House

The videoblogging course at the University of Iowa has just wrapped up, and we finished out the semester in style, with a public open house featuring all the videoblogs produced during the class.

Check out the links in the sidebar to the right to see all the students' individual sites; many will be continuing to update them. Or browse the selections below for a taste of some of their work.

Always high-tech.

Speedvlogging

This week, students in the videoblogging class tried their hand at speedvlogging, in which they created a videoblog post, start to finish, in two hours (or close to it). They had to come with an idea, shoot it, edit it, compress it, and post it, all in around 120 minutes. Check out the sites linked in the sidebar for posts from this rapid-fire exercise.
